The restaurant's ambiance was inviting, making it a cozy spot to enjoy a meal after a day of exploring the town's rich culture. I indulged in dinner at Brasserie Between, enjoying dishes inspired by local fare. The flavors were thoughtfully combined, showing a twist of culinary innovation. I was particularly charmed by how the staff, especially Laila, effortlessly guided me through the menu, suggesting dishes that complemented my taste, reminding me of the unique seafood I often savor back home in Edinburgh. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of town and close to delightful eateries like Kylling Og Co and local cafes. The spacious rooms in the charming old building provided a comfortable and relaxed ambiance. Altogether, this experience could be a delightful chapter for food enthusiasts willing to explore the hidden culinary gems in Schaumburg.
